Monthly Meetings

The Plantation Women’s Club meets one time each month, usually on the first Thursday night or the first Saturday morning of each month.  Our meetings mix administrative business, community planning, and social or educational programming.

Meeting Highlights:

• Financial Transparency: Members receive regular updates on club finances, which are distributed annually to Carroll County charities and scholarships for young women in Fairfield Plantation.

• Guest Speakers: We frequently host representatives from local agencies to share volunteer opportunities and explain how our donations impact the community.

• Social Time: Meetings include 30 minutes for a meal and socializing, followed by a 20-minute presentation or occasionally "fun and games."

• Optional Dining: Monthly notices include a meal menu; while members are responsible for their own meal costs, ordering is entirely optional.
